Welcome to Wits End Retreat, a country bed & breakfast in Beautiful Metchosin, B.C. A B&B retreat in the heart of the country and only steps to the sea and a 20 minute drive to Victoria and its many attractions. Your room has its own private entrance with gas fireplace, comfortable queen-size bed, sitting and dining areas and is surrounded by 2 acres of gardens and lawns for your pleasure. Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast in your room or on the deck outside your door.

Simply Perfec

I had the pleasure of staying here with my husband when he was on a business trip. My husband had been once on his own for business and just had to bring me on his next trip so that we could share the experience. Blissful is the word. Our hosts were fabulous, friendly and helpful. The accomodations were perfection. Food brilliant. AND, a beautiful beach just off the property. We look forward to another visit in the future.

Sophisticated Woodland Retreat

Wits End is a treasure! Find it, you will love it! Heather and Sandy have filled their B&B with every luxury. Sublime gourmet breakfasts, soft robes, fluffy towels, heated tile bathroom floor, fridge filled with wine, juices, cheese and surprises, comfy bed, and peaceful garden views out large windows. If you want a lovely spot outside of Victoria, but just a few minutes away from town, find Wits End Retreat just above Witty Beach.

An Event to Remember

I recently planned a vow renewal for a couple celebrating 30 years together, and we had the celebration on Heather and Sandy's beautiful property. They catered the event and were very accommodating with all of the special requests. They were a pleasure to work with while creating this event and I would definitely work with them again in the future. Their property does justice to the city's name "the garden city", beautiful and extensive, it is obvious that they take great pride and care in all that they do. My client also rented the B&B for the evening before the event and she was incredibly impressed with the mixture of modern amenities and rustic charm. She found Heather and Sandy to be completely accommodating and incredibly generous and thoughtful with their time and all of the little touches (free Wi-Fi, in room fridge stocked with water and juice, crackers and wine, robes, TV, etc.) I would recommend this B&B to anyone who is looking to relax in a beautiful setting away from the noise of the city but still have a top notch experience.
