    Pam and Randy Vogel opened Hycroft Suites in 2000, expanding in 2007 with Granville House BandB (Vancouver's ONLY Canada-Select 5 Star BandB, see BedandBreakfast listing). They have made many wonderful friends since 2000 from all walks of life and all corners of the earth. They love to open their homes to new friendships that enrich their lives with various stories and personalities. Main level has a gourmet kitchen with gas oven, stainless steel fridge/freezer and Bosch dishwasher. Cupboards hold pots, pans and table settings for 12 people. The living room features queen sofabed facing gas fireplace and large LCD HDTV. Guest bathroom has claw-foot tub. Upstairs has two King-bedrooms, front loading laundry and Kohler bathroom with a walk-in slate thermostat shower. Rate based on quadruple occupancy.

    Rome Townhome

    ROME TOWNHOME is 1,300sf on two-levels with 3 bedroom (2 king, 1 double), 2 bathrooms and guest controlled heated floors. Same size as our PARIS SUITE next door, but Rome has an extra 3rd bedroom. The main level has a full gourmet kitchen with Wolfe gas oven, fridge/freezer and Bosch dishwasher with the same 12 person settings. Spacious living room features an L-shaped sofabed facing large LCD HDTV and fireplace. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, laundry and bathroom with walk in slate thermostat shower. Rate based on quadruple occupancy.

    Monaco Master

    MONACO MASTER is 700sf One-Bedroom garden-level suite, similar to the MADRID, but gains a full size fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher and more kitchen space. The bright red L-shaped sofabed faces two small armchairs, perfect for movie night on the large LCD HDTV. Guest controlled heated slate floors and gas fireplace make this home cozy. The kitchenette (no oven) is suited for basic cooking with 6 person table settings and includes cooking supplies for the hot plate, toaster and Cuisinart toaster oven. Uncommon private patio and lawn area. Rate based on double occupancy.

    Madrid Master

    MADRID MASTER is a 700sf One-Bedroom garden level suite, similar to MONACO but gains a breakfast table: both are a perfect home away from home for a couple or small family. Control the heated slate floors and gas fireplace and curl up on the slip covered sofa or chair-and-a-half facing the large LCD HDTV. Although the kitchenette (no oven) is small, it is well suited for basic cooking with a microwave, hot plate, toaster and toaster oven. Ensuite Kohler tub/shower bathroom. Rare outdoor space with private garden, veranda and furniture. Rate based on double occupancy.
