This B&B is a mansard of early XX century building, located just in 15 min walk from the downtown (Torgovaya St and Fountain's sq). The property is in very safe area, just next to US Embassy. Metro is 10 min walk. There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants around as well. B&B has private bathroom, kitchen, satellite TV, wi-fi internet (free), etc.

The place is really top rate - zero complaints! Best value for a Baku stay - and I have been coming to the city for years now and stayed in ALL different types of places. This is by far the best I have had! HIGHLY recommended

We stayed in this appartment in July 2012. The owners are very nice and helpfull, the appartment is clean and modern and at walking distance from metro or train station

I stayed in this apartment for a month in the summer of 2011. It is a very clean, cozy studio apartment. The hardwood floor in particular is very nice. It is well lit, the hot water heater and air conditioner work well. The television gets all the Azeri stations, a good selection of Turkish channels, and a very broad selection of Russian channels in addition to the English speaking CNN and BBC. The landlord is fluent in English and he and his wife are most helpful and very pleasant. As for security, it could not be safer. There is a police station across the street and the American embassy is virtually next door. It is centrally located, but very quiet. My only criticism is a comparatively minor one: the wi-fi signal is weak, and only penetrates through part of the apartment. I very highly recommend this apartment.

From '28 May' metro station (Central Railway) walk uphills by Azadliq ave until you reach US Embassy. Then turn left, walk 50 meters and the appartment is on the left from you, the only 2 storey building there.
