    Our beautiful entry way welcomes you to explore our inn and its pool and patios.
    In the wintertime, our guests enjoy sitting by the fire reading about Tucson’s many attractions.
    Our living room invites you to relax with a good book or a good conversation.
    Our Rincon Room provides comfort and the charm of the Southwest. It includes hardwood floors original to the Inn which was built in 1933.
    Our guests enjoy lively conversation with other guests in our dining room along with a full three course, irresistible breakfast to fuel their day.
    Our Sam Hughes Room is a favorite of romantic couples with its comfortable, king-sized bed and kiva fireplace.
    The bathroom tub in the Sam Hughes Room is a deep soaking tub surrounded by artistic mural tiles with a stained glass skylight overhead.
    Our kitchen, with its bottomless coffee pot, is where Marion creates her renowned, irresistible breakfasts using locally grown food when possible.
    Our kitchen table is used on busy mornings to accommodate more guests or for guests who desire a private conversation at breakfast.

    Our Casita is a little piece of Mexico complete with bright colors, Saltillo tile floors, mural end tables made of hand painted Mexican tiles, Talavera plates and a Talavera sink.
    Our peaceful east patio, shaded by oranges and lemon trees, is a perfect place to have a quiet conversation, check your e-mail using our complimentary WiFi or plan your next day’s adventures.
    Our lemon tree and bougainvillea archway beckons to you and encourages you to explore the Inn and its grounds.
    Our fountain casts a soft glow on a beautiful desert evening.
    The tile floor and walls of our Santa Catalina Room reflect our desert colors and vegetation. Photos taken by a local artist reflect our cultural heritage.
    Our 2nd Street courtyard provides a secluded spot for quiet conversation.

    A treasure in Tucson

    Such a comfortable, Southwestern-style gem of a place to stay. Clean, attractive rooms, pleasant pool-side sitting area, centrally located close to the university, with wonderful hosts and the best breakfasts at any B&B we've visited. We travel a lot and this is a place we love to "come home to". John & Lee Ann

    Always interesting conversation from an eclectic clientele at the breakfast table—that, along with Marion's baked oatmeal is well worth the price of admission. Love the Antansia (sp?) room, really has the feel of old Tucson. Plan to come back again and again.

    Coming in to Tucson at night from Switzerland, I felt instantly at home in this warm and beautiful inn. The breakfast table was always a great place to start the day, with people gathered from all over, and the breakfast meal is by far the best breakfast I have ever had in a b&b. Delicious, friendly, I loved staying at the Adobe Rose Inn and highly recommend it.

    Wicked Weekend

    Hosts were very friendly and catered to our vegan diet (we had oatmeal and fruit). I appreciated the military discount. However, when I asked about the checkout time (assuming it was 2pm per the advertised internet Enchanted Evening package I purchased) I was told 11am instead. We proceeded to promptly get our bags and leave as it was 1030 am.

    We sincerely appologize for this oversight. Yes, you're correct that Enchanted Evening Packages include a 2 pm checkout. We would like to have the opportunity to correct this oversight by inviting you back to the inn for a complementary Enchanted Evening - with a 2 pm checkout.

    Great location. Wonderful breakfast conversations with fellow guests. Very comfortable bed. Quiet except breakfast noise. We were right off the dining room, but needed to get up anyway.
