The Gilded Lily is a Victorian bed and breakfast that was built in 1900 and on the National Register of Historic Places. The Gilded Lily is located on Eureka Spring’s upper historic loop, with haunting images of a Victorian time of history, just a leisurely walk to downtown shopping or use the trolley system just outside your door. We believe in the three Rs: ROMANCE, RELAXATION &, REJUVENATION! Romantic getaways, anniversaries, honeymoon celebrations, holidays, or just a getaway are just a few reasons to enjoy either the Gilded Lily Suite or the Lily Pad Cottage. Wake up to fresh blended coffees and juice in our coffee bar. Indulge in fresh fruits of the season while a full chef’s choice breakfast is prepared for your enjoyment. Breakfast can be enjoyed either in the downstairs sunroom or weather permitting one of our two sunken stone patios. Seize the day and enjoy shopping, the attractions, and restaurants before coming back and relaxing on the Victorian front porch before going out for the evening and enjoying the night life in Eureka Springs.

    Amazing Weekend Getaway

    Lee and Walter - we had an amazing stay! The hospitality, accommodations, and breakfasts were all over the top. We truly felt at home and plan to come back very soon. We stayed in the Lilly Pad Cottage and even though it isn't a huge room we were completely comfortable and had a relaxing time. It was great visiting with you both! See you soon!

    Best Breakfast Ever!!!

    Lee and Walter were perfect hosts! The room was quaint and full of interesting decor. We enjoyed looking at everything. The outside of the B and B was decorated with the most wonderful Halloween decorations. This provided a very welcoming atmosphere after traveling to get to Eureka Springs. It also made it easy to locate in the dark after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing each day! Although Lee says he recently taught himself to cook, we already missed having breakfast with him today. The breakfasts were comparable to an upscale restaurant. Both Lee and Walter were a wealth of information regarding things to do and places to see in the Eureka Springs area. They truly made our stay more enjoyable and we look forward to seeing them again! Thank you Lee and Walter for your help and hospitality!

    Anniversary Gift

    We chose the Gilded Lily as our wedding anniversary present/retreat in 2010 and were so impressed with the owners, Lee and Walter that we decided to make it an annual event. We did not reserve a suite soon enough in 2011; however, we did return in August 2012, and have already reserved a spot in 2013. The ambiance, courtesy, professional attitude--as well as the exceptional culinary efforts--are incomparable. As a real bonus, they have recently purchased a bar in downtown, and made it what we deem as the best club in town--with the best bloody Marys one could desire. We're devotees for life. --Thanks, guys, Mike and Suzy Henderson Just an additional word about Lee and Walter personally: two more hospitable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable fellows you couldn't hope to meet. They're warm and fun to talk with, just all-around great guys. Thanks again. Suzy

    10 Year Anniversary Stay

    Walter and Lee were just awesome hosts this past weekend; we could not have asked for a better time. Lee cooked a 5 star breakfast and had it ready each day at 9am. This breakfast would have easily cost 10+ dollars per plate at any restaurant. The Lily Suite is very roomy. We were very impressed with the size of the jacuzzi and the relaxed atmosphere of the suite. We completely fell in love with the B&B experience and look forward to staying with Walter and Lee once again. I thank both of you :) Jason & Kristin Summers

    The Lily Suite is an upstairs suite that overlooks the upper historic loop. It features a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi for two, a sitting area, a fireplace, and a queen size four poster bed.     Fantastic Stay

    Walter and Lee were absolutely fantastic! My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary in July and were blown away. We had never stayed at a B&B before but now I am not sure if we can ever go back to hotels. The food, decor, hospitality and charm were all over the top! They made us feel at home and like we were the most important guests they have ever entertained. From the fantastic cookies and delicious breakfast to late night conversations on the veranda, the entire stay was an absolute delight. We would recommend this B&B to anyone! Thanks Walter and Lee for wonderful memories!

    Above and Beyond!

    This is an enchanting B&B with the most hospitable hosts you can ever hope to meet. We are vegans and have never stayed in a B&B before because we haven't wanted to pose a problem to the innkeepers. We informed The Gilded Lily of our vegan status as a way to let them off the hook; really, we didn't expect anything more than coffee and and an apple. Imagine our surprise when Lee informed us that upon learning that we are vegan, he did some research and went shopping at a local natural market and was looking forward to taking on the challenge of preparing a vegan breakfast. Here is the amazing part; the breakfasts he made for us (we stayed 2 days) were by far the best breakfasts we have ever had the pleasure to eat. Fresh fruit, coconut/soy yogurt, potatoes cooked to perfection, vegan applewood sausage, grilled onions and peppers, tofu with mushroom and spices! Believe me, we got the V.I.P. treatment and I'm not sure we will ever be fit for normal society again after being pampered by Lee and Walter. We should also mention that Lee and Walter are excellent conversationalists and have a knack for making guests feel immediately at ease.

    My boyfriend and I stayed at the Gilded Lily for my 50th birthday. Could not have been any better! Everything was excellent.
