The 1309 Apartment is located at 13th and R Streets NW, Logan Circle. You will appreciate the safe vibrant neighborhood filled with great restaurants, shopping, and the short 3 block walk to the Metro. The apartment is completely private with it's own entrance from the front of the building.
The Apartment is a typical Washington DC English Basement unit. Minimal stairs from the front, are appreciated by many guests. The front windows and door allow natural light. The apartment is located in Logan Circle, 3 blocks from the Metro, and U Street corridor. The neighborhood offers many restaurants, Whole Foods grocery, coffee cafe's, and the Studio Theatre. Queen sized bed. Bath is just off the bedroom.
The apartment is one large room, with living area, open kitchen and sleeping area at the back. TV with cable is offered in both the living area and sleeping area. There is Wifi through out the apartment. Guests enjoy individual control of heat and AC with a wall mounted "split system"
While compact, the kitchen offers an electric stove/oven combination, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster oven. All cookware and dishes are providedThe Metro is 3 blocks from the apartment, Cardozo Station for the green & yellow lines. 2 stops to the Convention Center, 2 more to the Smithsonian Museums & Monuments
The Walter E Washington Convention Center is about a 20 minute walk, or better, 2 stops on the Metro, entrance 3 blocks from the apartment
