Lightly combine all ingredients in a bowl, or use an electric mixer on low, avoiding overbeating. Spread batter evenly into a greased and floured 38x15x2,5 centimeters (15x10x1 inch) baking pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched near center. While still warm, loosen edges of cake from pan and turn cake out onto a paper towel, or waxed paper, sprinkled with powdered sugar, then roll up towel and cake starting from one of the short sides. Cool on a rack and unroll carefully, discarding towel or waxed paper. Serves 8 to 10. Healthy tips: use whole-wheat flour, brown sugar, and olive oil, instead of refined ingredients, allowing for slightly longer cooking time.
