Crab Omelet: Breakfast-Brunch

Jumbo Lump Crab meat 1 Pound, 7 Eggs or more Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 Cup Onions and Green Pepper Chopped Salt and Pepper and any other seasoning such as "Tony's" Saute Onions and Peppers. Remove from heat and let cool.
Mix eggs, milk and seasoning. Add crab meat, onions and peppers. Heat electric skillet to 350 degrees and coat with a good bit of oil. Spoon mixture in like you would for small pancakes and cook until done. Turn once with spatula while cooking
