Melt butter in a large pan. Add minced onion, and dry ingredients. Saute.
Remove from heat to add milk and chicken broth, then bring to boil, stirring frequently. Add shrimp and lemon juice. Continue cooking only until shrimp turn pink.
This recipe also works with chicken and beef.
Serve with white rice and a variety of condiments.
