Salmon Quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 hour

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or monteray jack cheese

  • 3/4 cup cooked salmon

  • 10 oz frozen broccoli

  • 3 chopped green onions

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 9 inch deep dish pie crust

Step 1:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.Stir until well mixed.

Step 2:

Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Step 3:

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffy and a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center.
