Tamari Maple Salmon

Ingredienti

  • 6 oz each 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Vermont Maple Syrup
  • 1/8 cup Tamari Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Butter

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease sizzle pan or saute pan large enough to hold all four fillets. Place fillets on pan
  2. Mix Maple Syrup and Tamari Sauce together. Tase - may add more Tamari Sauce if needed to make a tangy sweet/sour taste. Pour over fillets.
  3. Add butter pat (1 tsp each) on top of fillets. Place in oven. Bake for 15 - 25 minutes depending on how you like to serve your salmon (rare, medium, well). cooking times vary with oven and thickness of fillets.
