Jam for cheeses: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Red onions from Tropea

  • 4 bay leaves

  • 2 dl wine

  • 500 gr sugar

Step 1:

It's easy :Cut the onions, add all ingredients and let marinate for 3 to 4 hours, then cook it for 30 minutes.

Step 2:

Put the jam into the jars (without the bay leaves) and flip the jars until they are cold. That's all!
