1 loaf French bread
8 oz Soften Cream Cheese
1 cup Powder Sugar
6 Sliced Bananas
1/2 cup Half and Half
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Dark Myers Rum
Slice 1 loaf of French bread into 8 pieces approximately 2 inches thick. Then partially slice 3/4 through the middle of each piece to allow for filling.
Beat together (1) 8 oz bar of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of power sugar. Spread mixture between slices. Add sliced bananas as desired. Press together so that the sandwich sticks.
Dip into a batter consisting of 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream, 1 tablespoon Cinnamon and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook on frying pan in butter, until bread is brown and egg mixture is cooked.
Top with the following sauce: In a sauce pan mix 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of Myers Dark Rum. Cook on med heat until lightly boils. Turn down heat, add bananas, and cook for approximately 5 more minutes, until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
