Ingredienti

  • 200 Black Chocolate
  • 100 butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 sugar
  • vanilla sugar

  1. Melt chocolate in pieces with butter in bain marie
  2. Whisk the 4 egg reds with 100 g of sugar. Whisk the 4 egg whites until stiff
  3. Put the chocolate melted with the whisked eggs Add to the compound the wisked egg whites
  4. Put everything into a releaseble mould of 24 cm. diameter Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C° degrees
  5. When ready leave the cake till it is cold and add some vanilla sugar over it
