Apple quiche: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pie Crust unbaked

  • 2 Apples, peeled and sliced

  • 1 1/2 cups Whipping Cream

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Step 1:

Saute peeled and sliced apples in the butter and cinnamon until apples are tender, about 5 minutes.

Step 2:

Meanwhile, whisk together the whipping cream and eggs until well blended.

Step 3:

Place apples in bottom of crust and cover with the cheese.

Step 4:

Pour egg mixture over apples and cheese.

Step 5:

Bake in preheated 325 degree oven about 35 minutes or until set. Let cool about five minutes before slicing and serving.
