Sauteed Bananas: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Butter

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Raisins

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

  • 3 Sliced Bananas Bananas

Step 1:

Melt butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to skillet. Add brown suger and raisins. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 2:

Remove from heat, add lemon juice.

Step 3:

Slice bananas and stir into mixture.

Step 4:

Serve immediately.

Step 5:

Do not cook bananas
