Pumpkin Walnut Raisin Bread

Ingredienti

  • 1 15 oz. Pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cups water
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups Raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare 12 mini loaf pans with cooking spray
  2. In a large bowl mix the pummpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended In a separate bowl whisk the flour, baking soda, salt and spices together
  3. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture and mix until just blended. Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
  4. Baken for about 30 to 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick int he middle of a loaf and if comes out clean, removed loaves from the oven and let set for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pans.
