Hideout Lake Special: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 cup Milk
5-6 slices Bread
1 1/2 teaspoons Mrs Dash
1 package Shredded Ham-Thin sliced
1 can Rotel tomatoes-mild
1 lb Ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
Step 1:
Spray 9x9 pan with Pam and place cubed bread or old buns in the bottom. Evenly place browned sausage on top of that and then cover evenly with the cheese. Combine the eggs and milk and seasoning in bowl and beat well. Pour over the cheese. Place one package of thin shredded ham on top and then drain the Rotel on top of that (juice and all).
Step 2:
Preparing this the night before and letting it set overnight makes it a LOT better.
Step 3:
The next morning: Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350', checking after one hour to make sure it is not getting too dry or done on top. Let set for 10 minutes befoe serving. Cut into squares and serve.
Step 4:
This recipe is easy to double and using a 9x13 pan.
