Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Muffins: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soft butter

  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon soda

  • 4 eggs beaten

  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 3/4 cups flour

  • 1 1/2 cup MILK chocolate chocolate chips

Step 1:

Cream butter and sugar and add salt, soda, eggs and sour cream.

Step 2:

Fold in flour and chocolate chips (preferably Ghirardelli MILK chocolate chips).

Step 3:

Spray or line muffin tins with paper and fill 2/3 full.

Step 4:

Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minute or until tops are light golden brown.
