Baked Apple Pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

4 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup all purpose flour-sifted
4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar free syrup
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place six glass pie plates,, which have been sprayed with vegetable spray, in oven while preparing batter.
Beat together egg whites, milk, oil, and salt until throughly blended. Add flour, beating until smooth. Remove pie plates from oven and quickly pour prepared batter into hot plates. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
While pancakes are baking, place aples and syrup in skillet and cook until apples are tender.
Sift powdered sugar over apple topped pancake.
