Sour Dough Breakfast Bake: Breakfast-Brunch

Step 1:

8 slices sour dough bread 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese 1 cup milk 7 eggs ( well beaten) 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 lb. ham (cubed) mushrooms (optional) bell peppers, chopped (optional) In a 9x13 baking dish alternate layers of bread, cheese, and ham. Add mushrooms and bell peppers if desired. Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings, pour over layers. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Amid Summer's Inn
