  • Geletin - Unflavored
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Sour Cream
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Fresh or Frozen Berries (Blueberry, Raspberries, Blackberries, etc)
  • Orange Juice
  • Sugar
  • Fresh Mint or Chocolate Mint

  1. Berries:•Toss all the berries in a bowl, with sugar and orange juice, gently toss.•Set aside and refrigerate until needed.
  2. To Serve: •Add berries to the top of the cream, place a sprig of mint, and you have a pretty picture.
  3. This looks outstanding in a Martini glass but you could also use a champagne flute or small fruit dish.

  5. French Cream:•Combine gelatin,cream & sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.•In separate bowl, place sour cream and vanilla.•Gradually add hot cream mixture and use a wire whisk until smooth•Pour into 6 Martini Glasses or Champagne Flutes and refrigerate 4 or more hours till firm
