lavendar pecan pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Kruestaz pancake mix

  • 2 tablespoons lavendar syrup

  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely ground

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, soft

  • 1/4 cup preserves, your favorite

  • 1/2 cup syrup, maple

  • 1/8 cup butter

  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit, if desired

Step 1:

Mix pancake mix, lavendar syrup, pecans and water until mixture is fluid and not too thick.

Step 2:

Heat griddle and melt butter. Drop mixture on griddle. Let turn golden brown and flip.

Step 3:

Place pancakes on plates, and spread with cream cheese and preserve mixture. Sprinkle with powerdered sugar and top with fresh fruit if desired.

Step 4:

Serve with warm maple syrup on the side.
