Blueberry French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:overnight

Ingredients:

  • 1 French Bread sliced and arranged in 9 x 11 pan

  • 8 eggs

  • 2 cups Light Cream

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1:

Arrange the sliced french bread into a 9 x 11 greased pan.

Step 2:

Mix the eggs, milk and spices and pour over the bread.

Step 3:

Cover and soak overnight

Step 4:

Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, remove from the oven, cover with blueberries and blueberry syrup.

Step 5:

Bake for 15 minutes and let stand, serve warm with maple syrup.
