Ingredients:
1 can Mushroom with garlic soup

1 cup sour cream

1 stick butter, melted

2 tablespoons Concord Foods Original Roasted Potato Spice

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 2 lb. bag frozen potato cubes, defrosted
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2:
Spray 9x13 pan with PAM
Step 3:
Put all ingredients into pan and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Step 4:
Bake for 1 hour.
