Devils Tower Sweet and Sour Meatloaf: Main Dish

Servings: 6

Prep time:1/2 Hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground Beef

  • 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 teaspoon Instant Minced Onion

  • 15 fl oz Tomato Sauce(divided)

  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard

Step 1:

Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs. Add onion and one-half of tomato sauce. Form into loaf in 9”x5”x3” pan.

Step 2:

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

Step 3:

In saucepan, combine topping ingredients; bring to boil.

Step 4:

Pour over meat loaf; bake 10 minutes more. Yield 6 servings.
