Egg/French Bread Souffle: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:1 hr.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard

  • 1 3/4 cups French Bread Cut in Cubes

  • 1 cup Sausage or Bacon

  • 1 cup Chedder or mixed Cheeses

Step 1:

Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard together until eggs are well mixed. Add bread, sausage and cheese. Stir. Put in refrigerator overnight in covered casserole.

Step 2:

Bake next morning at 350 degrees until top has puffed up and is lightly browned. It usually takes 30- 45 minutes.
