Baked Artichoke Dip With Spinach: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 1 can artichoke hearts,drained and chopped

  • 10 fl oz alfredo sauce

  • 1 box Frozen chpd. spinach, thawed, drained

  • 4 clove garlic ,minced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

Step 1:

Mix all together and spoon into quiche or pie plate. Bake @350 degrees for 20 min. Serve w/crackers. Sprinkle with additional 1/2c parmesan before baking if desired.
