Huevos Lobos ( sauce for eggs): Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 8

Prep time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup half and half

  • 2 cups chopped green, red, yellow sweet peppers of choice

  • 3/4 cup frozen or canned or fresh whole kernel corn

Step 1:

gently warm cream cheese in pan on stove - thin with half/half

Step 2:

Add chopped peppers & corn... simmer gently until cooked..

Step 3:

Serve over your fluffiest scrambled eggs... decorate platter... be creative... served on the side or top of eggs... colorful for holidays.... may vary size of cut veggies
