Maple Pears with Granola: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 4

Prep time:5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pears - Bartlett, Anjou or your favorite

  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1 cup Granola

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2:

Pick your favorite pear - I usually use Bartlett or Anjou pears. Cut in Half and core.

Step 3:

Place pears in baking dish and pour maple syrup over them.

Step 4:

Bake pears for 20 - 30 minutes - til soft but not mushy.

Step 5:

Place pears in a serving dish and pour 1/4 cup granola over each pear. Then pour maple syrup from baking dish over pear and granola. Enjoy! Great as a desert with ice cream!
