Amaretto French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1 Loaf Italian Bread

  • 3/4 cup Half and Half

  • 1/8 cup Amaretto

Step 1:

Cut 8 slices of bread from the loaf of Italian bread, put aside.

Step 2:

Mix eggs, half & half, and amaretto with a wire whisk til well blended.

Step 3:

Dip bread into egg mix, coating both sides.

Step 4:

Brown on hot griddle.

Step 5:

Serve dusted with confectioner's sugar and maple syrup on the side.
