Ingredienti

  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 3/4 cup Flour
  • Pineapple or Apple Slices
  • Brown Sugar
  • Crushed Walnuts, optional

  1. Blend and mix together sugar, butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add baking powder, baking soda and flour. Mix well.
  3. Add fruit.
  4. Place mixture into a greased, 13" x 9" glass pan.
  5. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and crushed walnuts.Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
