Ingredienti

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/3 teaspoon tyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. preheat oven 350 degrees Peel potatoes, cut in 8 pieces, place on greased 9x13 pan.
  2. Combbine ingredients, pour over potatoes. Bake for one hour total, turning potatoes over after 1/2 hour of cooking.
