Greek Yogurt Chicken: Main Dish

Servings: 4

Prep time:1/2 hour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Plain yogurt

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 2-3 cloves garlic pressed

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 chicken breasts

Step 1:

Mix ingreients and marinade over night with about 1/4 cup of sauce. Save the rest.

Step 2:

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, turn, and bake another 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Cover with leftover sauce. This is a wonderful, tart, Greek dish that a Greek friend of mine loved. Enjoy!
