Coffee cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 4 eggs

  • small box instant vanilla pudding

  • large 24 oz sour cream

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Step 1:

Grease and flour 9x13 pan.

Step 2:

Combine and beat first five ingredients for five minutes. Pour half in a baking pan.

Step 3:

Combine next three igredients using only 1/2 pecans. Sprinkle over the first layer.

Step 4:

Add the remaining mixture for top layer. Make small but deep swirls to mix the cinnamon/sugar/nuts mixture into both layers. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top.

Step 5:

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until it is done and brown on top.
