1 lb Cheddar Cheese (grated)

8 oz Jar of chopped Pimientos with juice

1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise

dash Salt and Pepper
Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with celery, crackers or as party sandwiches.
