Baked French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch
3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
18 Eggs (beaten)
4 cups Milk
1 loaf French Bread, sliced into 1" slices
Grease a 12x6 glass baking pan. Layer bread slices to cover entire bottom of pan.
In bowl mix, brown sugar, cinnamon & vanilla.
Add eggs and mix. Stir in milk.
Pour slowly over bread slices.
Bake @ 375 F for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
