Hollandaise sauce: Sauce

Prep time:3 minutes

Step 1:

Heat 1/3 cup butter and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in the Microwave on High (2 minutes).

Step 2:

Add 2 egg yokes and wisk for 30-45 seconds. Spread on Poached Eggs or Asparagus and enjoy.
