Maple Baked Salmon: Main Dish

Prep time:45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb 1 salmon

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Step 1:

Mix together: Maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and seasoning and place in a plastic bag.

Step 2:

Cut up salmon in 4(should be the thick center cut)and put in plastic bag to marinade for 20 minutes.

Step 3:

remove fillets from bag and place on lighly oiled baking sheet.

Step 4:

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes and garnish with parsley or chives.

Step 5:

Can be uses as appetizer cold. Cut up in smaller pieces and put on smoked flavored rice crackers.
