Baked Raspberry French Toast

  • 8 Bread heels
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 8 oz Frozen raspberries
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk

  1. Spray a 12 x 14 baking dish with cooking spray. Tear four of the bread heels into pieces and spread on bottom of dish.
  2. Cut the cream cheese into pieces and spread on top of bread. Sprinkle frozen berries on top of this. Top with the remaining four pieces of bread torn into pieces.
  3. Combine the eggs, milk and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Stir well. Pour on top of the bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for a half hour. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another half hour or until golden brown on top.
