Green Eggs, No Ham: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach

  • 1/2 cup bread cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

  • 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese

Step 1:

Mix eggs, add spinach, bread cubes and seasoned salt. Mix together.

Step 2:

Pour into small glass casserole dish which has been sprayed with no-stick spray. Top with grated cheese.

Step 3:

Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until set. May be prepared the night before, refrigerated, and cooked the next morning.
