Death by Empress Cookies: Dessert

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups butter

  • 4 cups flour

  • 24 oz chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon soda

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 5 cups oatmeal, blended

  • 8 oz Hershey Bar, grated

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Step 1:

Measure oatmeal, blend in a blender until fine powder. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla.

Step 2:

Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts.

Step 3:

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degress. May cut in half. Makes approximately 100 cookies.
