Golden Dreams "100 mile" Granola: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup sesame seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1 cup coconut

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Step 1:

Combine and heat oil, honey and milk.

Step 2:

In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, EXCEPT raisins/cranberries, and pour in honey mixture. Mix well.

Step 3:

Spread in a large shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, stir well and bake for another 15 minutes. Mixture should be nicely toasted.

Step 4:

Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool and store in airtight containers. Recipe easily doubles or triples and keeps well.
