6 cups rolled oats
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup salted sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped pecans and/or walnuts
4 tablespoons Cinnamon
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/4 cup Coconut
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup Assorted chopped dried fruit
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix rolled oats, wheat germ, salted sunflower seeds, and chopped pecans and/or walnuts together in a large roasting pan and sprinkle heavily with the cinnamon.
Mix canola oil, honey, and brown sugar
in a measuring cup and heat in a microwave for 50 seconds. Before pouring over dry mixture, stir vanilla into mixture. Pour over the dry mixture and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
