Ingredienti

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans and/or walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Coconut
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup Assorted chopped dried fruit

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix rolled oats, wheat germ, salted sunflower seeds, and chopped pecans and/or walnuts together in a large roasting pan and sprinkle heavily with the cinnamon.
  2. Mix canola oil, honey, and brown sugar in a measuring cup and heat in a microwave for 50 seconds. Before pouring over dry mixture, stir vanilla into mixture. Pour over the dry mixture and bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  3. After baking, add dried fruit.
