4 Whole Eggs
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Flour
2/3 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter
Heat oven to 400. Butter 2 – 9” cake pans.
Put eggs into blender, cover and process until light yellow in color. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into prepared pans and bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 and bake 10 minutes more. Remove, divide into 6 equal parts, and serve with maple syrup and fresh strawberries. Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar for a nice presentation.
