Apple Cider Syrup for Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups Fresh Apple Cider
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup Butter, Tillamook
Mix all ingredients except butter. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens Stir and boil one additional minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Cool. Refrigerate.
Wonderful served on Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancake, or on Cinnamon/raisin bread French Toast. Warm syrup before serving. Can be frozen or left in refrigerator several days.
