Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 6 tablespoons milk

  • 6 tablespoons flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tillamook butter

  • 1 Apple, Hood River, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat round cake pan in oven until very hot. Cook thinly sliced apple in microwave oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool.

Step 2:

Blend first four ingredients with mixer or blender until smooth. Mix sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3:

Put 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter in hot pan. Swirl to cover bottom of pan. Pour in batter Sprinkle sliced apples over top and push under batter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with Oregon Bounty Apple Cider Syrup.
