Salsa Souffle: Breakfast-Brunch
1/3 cup milk
your preference Grated Cheese
your preference Salsa
1-single serve Souffle dish
Preheat oven to 350. Pam souffle dish.
Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put one kitchen spoon of grated cheese into dish. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now)
Beat eggs and milk, and pour into dish.
Bake for 1 hour at 350.
