MILL ROSE INN’S IRRESISTIBLE COOKIES: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Butter

  • 2 cups Brown Sugar

  • 2 cups White Sugar

  • 4 Eggs

  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

  • 4 cups Flour

  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Salt

  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda

  • 5 cups Chocolate Chips

  • 3 cups Nuts

  • 6 cups Granola

Step 1:

Blend the below until creamy: 2 cups butter 2 cups brown sugar 2 cups white sugar

Step 2:

Beat in the below until well mixed: 4 eggs 2 tsp. Vanilla

Step 3:

Sift and add: 4 cups flour 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda

Step 4:

Stir in: 5 cups chocolate chips 3 cups nut 6 cups granola

Step 5:

Mix well and shape into golf-ball size and bake at 375F for 10 minutes.
