Ingredienti

  • 1 Loaf Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 8 Eggs,
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg

  1. Trim the end pieces from the loaf of bread. Arrange slices of bread in greased baking dishes (one 9 X 13 and one large loaf pan). in a bowl, beat together 5 whole eggs plus 3 egg yolks.
  2. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Pour evenly over the bread slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle with the melted butter and bake, covered, for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through. Dust with powdered sugar and top with fresh berries.
